To ensure everyone on the team is on the same page, we have a daily update process consisting of four categories:

Mood

In this section, you can select how you're feeling today from the options provided.

Once everyone updates their mood, we will calculate the team mood, which will be displayed on the top panel. This way, we can quickly check how everyone's feeling and see if there are any patterns or trends we need to address.

Yesterday

In this section, a list of the Jira issues you were working on or completed yesterday is automatically created. Additionally, you can add any other tasks that you accomplished, and mark them as done. This section serves as a useful reminder of what you achieved the day before, and it helps the team understand the progress made toward the project goals.

Today

In this section, a list of the Jira issues you're working on or have completed today is automatically created. You can also add any other tasks that you plan to work on, and mark them as done once completed. By keeping track of your progress throughout the day, you can identify and address any issues that arise, and ensure that you're making steady progress toward meeting the project goals.

Blocked or need help?

In this section, you can list any blockers you're experiencing, which might be preventing you from making progress. This could include technical issues, lack of resources, or dependencies on other team members. By signaling these issues to your teammates, we can work together to resolve them quickly.

The unresolved blockers will appear in a special "unresolved blockers" section in the right-side panel. This allows the team to quickly see if there are any issues that require immediate attention and take appropriate action.
